More hedging – this time for the Volunteer Hub!

Well a HUGE thank you goes out to the hardworking volunteer crew who dug, cleared, measured and planned for our hedge planting around our Volunteer Hub recently. A beautiful selection of hedge plants has been received (having recently been heeled into our nursery area) and many of these will be used in screening and softening the fencing around the Hub.

Our volunteers certainly have plenty of opportunity for exercise here at Maidenbrook Country Park and their energy, enthusiasm and hard-work are greatly appreciated. They certainly deserved a cuppa and a bit of a rest in that fleeting sunshine!
