… You’ll have somewhere to throw your rubbish!
As many of you will have seen, some folks find inventive ways of discarding their dog waste and other items. This is neither helpful to the flora or fauna, nor is it pleasant for the valuable and hard-working group of volunteers who give up their time to keep the park looking beautiful for us all. Nobody wants to come to their place of work, as an employee or a volunteer, only to have to step carefully around the seemingly ever-present quantities of dog waste or even have to remove it from tree branches or guards before they’re able to get on with maintenance tasks.
Many of you will, no doubt, be thrilled to see these two new bins near the pedestrian entrances, with more to follow throughout the park soon!
