Gentlemen – start your engines!

It was a veritable festival of grass-cutting at the park last weekend!

With our trusty ride-on mower off for a bit of routine maintenance, our stalwart mowing team were not to be diverted from their intentions and set to with a mighty will. Lawnmowers at dawn saw the team diligently traipsing along behind their machines in an effort to ensure our Memorial pathways are kept neat and trim for all park users.

A cuppa and a sit down were almost certainly on the cards when that industrious effort was over, with some volunteers then settling in for the Great Tommy Sleep Out to follow. Great job, Team; it’s certainly appreciated!
