Creativity and fun in the Forest School!

How lucky we are to have such amazing and creative people in our team of volunteers! Not only are we pleased to announce that our Forest School benches are back in place after some careful sanding and varnishing, but visitors can now also enjoy a game of noughts and crosses (or tic tac toe if you’d prefer) in the Forest School area.

You may even have noticed that our wooden sign at the gate entrance along Maidenbrook Lane (for those passing this way), as well as the Forest School’s Skylark sign, have had a facelift and are looking beautifully varnished and rejuvenated.

This is a great demonstration of the commitment and dedication the Maidenbrook Country Park volunteer team have to the park and their constant efforts to make it an area from which we might all benefit. We ask only that these beautifully handmade facilities are respected by all visitors so that this fun, new activity may be enjoyed by everyone.
